The Total Accounting Solutions Limited business has been trading since the nineties, helping individuals and companies to meet their tax and accounting responsibilities. We have grown organically, with most of our clients coming to us on the back of personal recommendations.

Our aim is to provide a flexible, professional service at affordable rates.

We appreciate how valuable your time is, especially during your working day, and so we make sure we are available outside normal office hours and at weekends. This means our clients can concentrate on meeting their customers’ needs and developing their businesses at the best time for them, without taking time out of their working day to deal with accounts or tax issues.

All of our work is carried out by experienced, fully qualified Chartered Accountants, who receive regular training and updates to ensure they keep on top of current developments.

As Chartered Accountants we are governed by strict guidelines and you can be sure that your affairs will be handled efficiently and confidentially.

Affordable

We do not operate out of expensive offices and we strive to keep our costs to a minimum. By doing this we are able to keep our rates low. We understand that its also important to our clients to have a clear idea of our fees upfront and so we will always provide a fixed fee quote before we start work.

Meet The Team

Alison Whitehouse

CO-FOUNDER BSc ACA

Alison is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience both in practice and in commercial roles. Alison trained with a “big 4” firm in the Midlands before moving to London to hold manager positions in another “big 4” firm and a medium sized practice in the West End. This mix has given Alison exposure to clients of all sizes, from sole traders to large corporations, and to a variety of industry sectors. Alison has also worked as Group Chief Accountant for an international multi-million pound business and as Finance Director for an AIM listed media business in the City of London. With this background, Alison is perfectly placed to provide both technical knowledge and years of practical business management experience to help develop your business

Paul Rayner

CO-FOUNDER BSc ACA

Paul is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in practice for over 20 years. He was a partner in a West End firm of Chartered Accountants until 2009 and his career to date has focussed on helping owner managed businesses. With this experience Paul can make a real difference to the success of his clients. Paul specialises in tax advice and planning as well as general business advice.
